Bentley Industry Connector

Are you interested in supporting Bentley students and alumni with career advice? Do you have a network of colleagues, experts or professionals in a specific industry? If so, we encourage you to become a Bentley Industry Connector. We’ll ask you to:  

  • Respond to emails from current students and alumni who have an interest in learning more about your industry 
  • Suggest additional connections or resources to support their networking and search for information 
  • Facilitate LinkedIn connections from your network (as appropriate) 

Time commitment: Varies; approximately 1 hour per month
Location: Anywhere



Recruit a Bentley Student or Fellow Falcon

Post your open positions and internships on Bentley’s job board. Simply complete our Job and Internship Posting Form and the Career Development team will advertise the position to Bentley candidates. Students and alumni will submit their resumes to you via BentleyLINK, our online recruiting system.

Time commitment: As often as you have positions
Location: Anywhere 



Consulting Case Interview Workshops

If you have the expertise and willingness to develop and deliver a workshop for students interested in consulting, email Brian Moccio, an Undergraduate Career Coach.

Time commitment: Minimum of 2 hours; available throughout the academic year
Location: At your office, via Skype, or on campus



Mock Career Fair and Speed Interviewing Night

Help graduate students practice their elevator pitches and develop their interview skills at either of these two events.

Time commitment: Minimum of 2 hours; each evening event is held during the fall and spring semesters
Location: In person, on campus



Networking with Non-Profits

Introduce your non-profit to Bentley graduate students during an annual networking night. Share the vision and mission of your organization and promote volunteer and job/internship opportunities.

Time commitment: Minimum of 2 hours each event; held during an evening each October 
Location: In person, on campus



Career Communities for Graduate Students

If you have experience in accounting, analytics, finance, information technology and marketing, share your experiences with graduate students to help them research their path beyond Bentley. These programs are meant to be small groups of productive conversations and engagement.

Timing: Throughout the academic year

Career Community Events

Are you working in any of the following areas: technology, data analytics, sustainability, healthcare, nonprofit or public policy? Come to campus to share your career story and connect with students.

Graduate School Career Fair

Attend our Graduate School Career Fair and hire Bentley talent! Come to this event to promote open positions and opportunities at your company.

Timing: Minimum of 2 hours each event; an evening event is held each spring semester

CDI 201 Mock Interviews

If you have experience conducting job interviews and are interested in interviewing sophomores enrolled in Fall CDI 201 courses, we’d love your help!

Timing: October and November 2019 (dates and times TBD)
